General Moving Questions:

  • We provide full-service residential and commercial moving throughout South Florida. Our services include local apartment and home moves, high-rise and condo relocations, office and retail moves, professional packing and unpacking, furniture disassembly and reassembly, and secure transport to or from storage facilities.

Whether you're moving within the same building, relocating across Miami, or coordinating a commercial transition with strict building requirements, we tailor the crew size and service level to match your specific needs. From small studio apartments to large office spaces, our goal is to deliver a smooth, organized, and professionally managed move from start to finish.

  • In South Florida, we recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance for local moves and 3–4 weeks during peak season. End-of-month dates and weekends fill quickly, especially in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding areas. Securing your date early also gives us time to coordinate elevator reservations and required building documents.

  • Absolutely. We are fully licensed and insured to operate in Florida and provide certificates of insurance (COIs) for residential and commercial properties when required. Many high-rise buildings in Miami and Sunny Isles require documentation in advance, and we handle that process directly with management.

  • For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport hazardous materials, flammable liquids, propane tanks, ammunition, or perishable food. If you’re unsure about a specific item, we’re always happy to clarify before moving day.

  • We handle furniture disassembly and reassembly as part of the moving process. Beds, large tables, sectionals, and other bulky items are carefully taken apart when needed and properly reassembled at your destination.

  • Yes — provided the access allows for safe handling. Items like safes, oversized furniture, and heavy fixtures are assessed beforehand so we can bring the appropriate equipment and crew size.

  • We operate seven days a week and regularly accommodate weekend and evening move windows. Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., but we can coordinate early morning or after-hours commercial and residential moves when necessary to meet personal needs, building requirements or minimize downtime.

  • We provide moving services throughout Miami, Miami Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Aventura, Hollywood, Dania Beach, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether your location falls within our service range, just reach out and we’ll confirm quickly.

  • Every piece of furniture is professionally wrapped with thick moving blankets and secured with shrink wrap before being loaded. We treat each item as if it were our own, taking extra care with delicate surfaces and high-value pieces.

  • While damage is rare due to our protective process, we offer valuation coverage and address any concerns promptly and professionally. Our goal is a smooth, stress-free move from start to finish.

Local Moving Questions:

  • Local moving is typically billed hourly based on crew size and total labor time. Factors like building access, stairs, packing needs, and distance between locations can influence the final cost. We provide clear, upfront estimates so there are no surprises.

  • Most local moves have a minimum service window of 3 hours to account for labor and dispatch time. This ensures we can dedicate the proper crew and equipment to complete your move efficiently.

  • Yes, every hourly rate we provide includes a 1 hour travel time. Even if it goes beyond 1 hour, we do not charge you.

  • A typical two-bedroom apartment move takes anywhere from 4 to 8 hours, depending on access, packing level, assembly/disassembly and elevator.

  • When availability allows, we do accommodate short-notice moves. Calling us as early as possible increases the likelihood of securing your preferred date and time.

  • Yes. We coordinate directly with gate security or management to ensure smooth access on moving day. Providing gate codes or contact details ahead of time helps prevent delays.

  • We frequently handle moves to and from storage facilities throughout South Florida. Whether you're consolidating items or staging a move, we manage loading and unloading efficiently.

  • All necessary equipment is included, including dollies, straps, protection pads, and tools for furniture assembly. Our trucks are fully equipped for residential and condo relocations.

  • Tipping is never required but is always appreciated when clients feel the team delivered exceptional service. It’s entirely at your discretion.

  • Yes — from studio apartments to large single-family homes. We adjust crew size and truck capacity based on the scope of your move to ensure everything is completed efficiently.

Commercial Moving Questions:

  • Yes, we handle office relocations, retail moves, and commercial projects across South Florida. We focus on minimizing downtime so your business can resume operations quickly.

  • Absolutely. Many commercial clients prefer evening or weekend moves to avoid interrupting staff and customers. We coordinate schedules to fit your operational needs.

  • Yes. Certificates of insurance are provided to meet building and property management requirements before move day.

  • Electronics and office equipment are wrapped carefully and loaded securely to prevent shifting during transport. We take extra precautions with monitors, servers, and specialty equipment.

  • Yes. We’ve moved commercial inventory, display units, and showroom materials while keeping everything organized for setup at the new location.

  • Packing services are available for commercial moves, including document boxing and workstation preparation. We can handle partial or full packing depending on your needs.

  • Project timelines depend on the amount of items, access logistics, and the complexity of the move. We provide a structured plan beforehand to avoid unexpected delays.

  • Yes, we regularly communicate with building management to schedule freight elevators and loading docks. Proper coordination prevents unnecessary downtime.

  • Large commercial furniture is often disassembled when necessary and carefully reassembled at the new location. We bring the proper tools and crew size for the job. Certain items may be brought up via stairs if necessary.

  • Commercial pricing reflects the scale, labor requirements, and scheduling flexibility needed. Each project is quoted based on its unique scope, factoring in crew size, number of trucks and complexity.

Packing Services Questions:

  • Yes, we offer both full-service and partial packing options. Whether you’d like us to handle everything or just the fragile items, our team uses professional-grade materials to ensure your belongings are protected properly.

  • We provide high-quality boxes, packing paper, shrink wrap, tape, and protective padding as needed. Materials are brought on move day or during a scheduled packing appointment, depending on your preference.

  • Absolutely. Glassware, artwork, mirrors, electronics, wine and other delicate items are individually wrapped and boxed securely to prevent shifting or breakage during transport.

  • Yes, unpacking services are available if you’d like help settling in. We can place items in designated rooms and remove empty boxes to help you get organized faster.

  • Packing timelines depend on the size of your home, how many items need packing, and the type of items such as Kitchen. A small apartment may take a couple hours, while larger homes may require a full day.

  • Of course. Many clients choose to pack personal or sentimental items themselves while leaving heavier or fragile items to us. We’re flexible and work around your comfort level.

  • Yes, every box is labeled by room and general contents to simplify unloading and setup. This makes the unpacking process much more efficient.

  • We take precautions to protect floors, walls, and common areas during both packing and moving. High-rise buildings especially require careful attention to shared spaces.

  • Kitchen items are wrapped individually and boxed with proper cushioning such as dish pack and bubble wrap to reduce movement during transit. Dishes, glassware, and small appliances receive extra care.

  • Packing services are factored into our hourly rates. However, packing materials used for your move are quoted separately based on average retail price. We provide clear pricing upfront so you can choose the level of packing that fits your needs.

High-Rise/Condo Moving Questions:

  • High-rise moves involve elevator scheduling, loading dock coordination, building insurance requirements, and strict time windows. Unlike single-family homes, every step must align with property management rules. Planning these details in advance prevents last-minute delays or penalties.

  • Most associations require notice several days in advance, sometimes up to a week. This allows them to approve your move window, request a certificate of insurance, and reserve the freight elevator.

  • A Certificate of Insurance verifies that the moving company carries proper liability coverage. Luxury buildings often require specific coverage limits to protect shared property and common areas during the move.

  • In buildings with restricted move windows, efficiency becomes critical. We plan crew size and staging strategy carefully so everything is completed within the approved time frame.

  • Some condos require refundable deposits or administrative fees before approving a move. It’s best to confirm this with management early so there are no surprises on moving day.

  • Before move day, we assess furniture size and building access. When needed, we safely disassemble larger pieces to navigate tight turns or compact elevators without causing damage.

  • Yes, but timing matters. Many luxury towers enforce quiet hours, so we schedule moves during approved periods to stay compliant while keeping the process smooth.

  • Reserve your elevator, confirm insurance requirements, clear parking instructions, and inform management. Preparing these items in advance allows the actual move to focus purely on execution.

  • High-rise moves can take slightly longer due to elevator usage and loading dock logistics. However, our rates do not change on wether its a luxury high-rise or any other condo.

  • Our professional movers have years of experience and training. We stage items strategically, load in sequence, and communicate clearly with building staff. Organization is especially important when operating within tight move windows.

Moving Costs Questions:

  • No two moves are identical. The number of items, access conditions, distance, and additional services like packing all affect the total labor/time required, which ultimately determines cost.

  • Both options can work well. Virtual estimates are convenient and efficient, while in-person walkthroughs may provide even greater accuracy for larger homes or complex projects.

  • Estimates are based on the information provided and projected labor time. The more detailed the inventory and access description, the more precise the estimate will be.

  • If movers must transport items a significant distance from the truck to the entrance, it can increase labor time. However, we do not charge additional fees for long carry distances.

  • Our rates do not vary based on the time of the month. However end-of-month dates and weekends are typically in higher demand across South Florida. Booking during mid-month or weekday periods may provide greater flexibility.

  • Packing materials are itemized separately and quoted so clients only pay for what is actually used. We offer packing materials at average retail price.

  • We accept all common payment methods for convenience such as cash, Zelle, and debit/credit. Payment is generally due upon completion unless otherwise arranged in writing.

  • Basic valuation coverage provides limited protection based on weight, while full coverage options may offer additional protection per full value of item. We explain these options clearly before your move.

  • Clear communication is key. Providing accurate details about stairs, elevators, heavy items, or special requests ensures the estimate reflects the true scope of work.

  • Professional movers reduce physical strain, minimize risk of damage, and save time. For many clients, the efficiency and peace of mind outweigh the cost compared to handling a move alone.
