Our Preferred Mover Program is designed to make move days smoother for condo and apartment buildings across Miami and South Florida. We work with property managers, leasing offices, and building staff to provide a consistent, insured moving team that protects common areas, communicates clearly, and respects building rules. Residents get an easy moving experience, and buildings get fewer headaches.
As a preferred moving partner for property managers, we make building staff’s job easier. COIs are issued promptly using your building’s exact wording, our crews arrive within the approved move window, and elevators are padded before the first item is carried. Hallways, lobbies, and loading areas stay protected and orderly, and you have one point of contact for scheduling, paperwork, and questions.
Our licensed and insured team has completed thousands of high-rise moves across South Florida. Buildings in the program can refer residents to a consistent, FMCSA-certified crew that already knows the rules, which means fewer surprises at the front desk and smoother move days for everyone.

What areas do you serve?
We serve Miami, Sunny Isles Beach, North Miami Beach, Aventura, Bal Harbour, Surfside, Hallandale Beach, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding South Florida areas.
How quickly can you provide a COI for our building?
We issue COIs promptly once we receive the building’s requirements and sample wording. Send them as early as possible, and we will make sure the certificate matches your management company’s exact specifications before move day.
Can building staff reach you directly with questions?
Yes. Participating buildings have one point of contact for scheduling, COIs, and move-day questions. Our office is open 7 days a week from 8 AM to 10 PM, so staff can reach us when residents are planning their moves.
